Brief Answer:
you should consult your cardiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

although using such a drug is probably OK for someone like you - with your current medications and medical history - it would be better if you consulted your cardiologist first. Drugs like viagra may reduce your blood pressure and perhaps also reduce your cardiac output. If your heart is 'weak' you may experience symptoms of low cardiac output like fainting and even collapsing. Your cardiologist has surely checked the functionality of your heart (with an echo) and should advise you accordingly.

Therefore it would be wise to ask your cardiologist before trying anything.
