Hi,

Yes, you can take them together. But, generally nitroglycerine is recommended in morning and afternoon where as valium in the night.

In addition, your blood pressure is quite abnormal for person with coronary artery disease. Generally it should be below 130/85mmHg. Please get back to me with further details so that I shall advice on your BP (Blood Pressure) management.
