Question: I am overweight and need to lose weight for a better life condition. I have been exercising but haven't lost a single kg since two months. Can I try intermittent fasting and how can it be done? Any other suggestions will be really helpful.

Weight- 73 kg, height- 155 cm
Diet routine- lunch - 2 roti, sabji, and dal. (rice sometimes), same in dinner with no rice. I avoid eating junk and packaged and sugary foods.
Exercise- Zumba/HIIT for 30-45 mins daily
I have tested for Thyroid many times and its showing as normal.

Intermittent fasting is a good way of loosing weight but one need to be careful, as there might be rebound weight gain once the person is off the diet
Extreme diets are bad for metabolism, its always good to go with three meal plan but low calories per meal.
I would recommend you to calculate your calorie intake per day for a minimum of 1 week and plan on diet.
You can send an image of the calories tracker for a week. I shall observe and suggest you duet tips.
