Yes it can be used but since it has a very low dose of estrogen viz only 20 MCG so you will need to take 5 pills at a time followed by 5 pills after 12 hours as it needs at least 100 MCG dose of estrogen each time to have proper effect.
But it will be effective in prevention of pregnancy and this can be taken as prescribed.
