Detailed Answer:
HI.
Thanks for your query and attachments of medicines and stitched wound.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
How old is the wound? How many days.
Which antibiotic and other medicines were prescribed and that you have taken till now?
...
The stitches are cutting through the skin.
There is no apparent pus formation.
Oedema is still there - Needs rest to the wrist joint and elevation of hand above heart level in lying down position while taking rest/sleep.
Antibiotics do not help in healing directly. They help to avoid or cure bacterial infection thereby helping healing.
Awaiting for your feedback.

Brief Answer:
as detailed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
This means you have completed the course of 3 days of Azithromycin. This is sufficient in a normal course.
If there is no pus formation, nothing to worry.
Take care of the wound, support to wrist for good healing as any injury over any joint has to be taken care of of least possible movements.
Elevation of stitched part above heart level as explained above.
Take care. Consult your Doctor/Surgeon about stitch removal., dressing, medications.

Please give feedback/ask any relevant queries if you have.
