Can I Use Creams For Acne Like Clearasil?

Question: Blackheads around anus.
I went to see a specialist in hemorrhoids thinking it was an hemorrhoid but it was not. He told me they were comodones (Blackheads) it's like 3 around the anus area (weird, 1 st. time I am experiencing this) not sure how they got there. I have been using an hemorrhoid cream as per his suggestion but he was not sure it was going to help. They look the same since I started to use that cream for a few days now and is a bit uncomfortable especially at night when I go to sleep. I started about 3 days washing the area with a Neutrogena soap (for acne) as per a physician friend's suggestion, not sure if is going to help.
Is there anything else I could try/do to get rid of them? I read online this is good as treatment: Benzoyl peroxide. Not sure if I can use creams for acne like Clearasil? I also have read some people squeeze them but not sure if that is appropriate?
Any help in this matter will be appreciated!!
Thanks,
Helio

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Black heads ( Blocked sebaceous glands) can be found around anus.
Another possibility is skin tag which is commonly found around anus.
Can you please upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
waiting for your response.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Mixed infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
I can figure out the lesion around anus, but there is bit of scaling as well.
This suggest you have developed a mixed fungal and bacterial infection.
Apply ointment Lulliconazole in night for a month and ointment mupirocine in morning for 15 days.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Doctor good morning,
The scaling happened because I washed the area with a facial cleanser for 2 days (photo attached) and let it there for a few minutes, while I could feel a fresh sensation it ended up burning my buttocks. For the scalping I have been using baby powder, did not know it was that bad until I took the photos I sent you. Also please see the note from the doctor where he wrote "Comodones" which was his answer after viewing area. I do not think I have a mixed fungal and bacterial infection. Please advise what to use for the comodones (pimples)? This is the reason I contacted you guys and also for scaling? The pimples do not hurt but are very unconformable since I could feel them they are there and it creates discomfort when I try to sleep. Hopefully you answer quick so I can go buy what you tell me.
I read about the reasons comodones could happen in that area and 1 of the reasons is hygiene. When I use the treadmill I sweat and that sweat goes to my boxers and shorts and I do not shower right away instead they dry with time. From now on after I use the treadmill I will take a shower right away.
Looking forward to your reply!!
Thanks,
Helio

Brief Answer:
Use mupirocine
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the clarification.
It is indeed comedones then, benzoyl peroxide is not a good idea as it is an irritant.
You can use ointment mupirocine twice daily for 15 days.
Also use any talcum powder post bath after running on treadmill.
Try to keep the perianal area free of hair.
You can use a trimmer or hair removal cream.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Thanks so much doctor for your help. I am getting the mupirocin later after work. They have it here without the "e" at the end, hopefully is the same. Will apply as instructed as well as follow your other recommendations.
