How was the worm problem diagnosed(detected) ?

Since when you've the problem (please explain what all problems are you suffering from ) ?

what all investigations have done so far ?

Also you should know that worm is a general term and there are various worm infestations in the gut (not stomach, it's the gut or colon which gets affected by them) and management varies from each other, so proper diagnosis and clinical evaluation is a must before advising any anti-helminthic medications..

Don't worry about the side effects as these are relatively safe drugs and side effects mostly include headache,malaise,pain abdomen,nausea,vomiting etc. but not shows in every one..

Now your symptom is one of the symptoms of worm infestation but can be due to several other reasons also, in this case I'd advice to consult a physician who'll examine you physically and may order for a few investigations(eg. ESR, Absolute eosinophil count, stool routine and microscopy etc.) to confirm if it's due to worm infestations..

After clinical evaluation if there's any features of worm infestations then you may need to take Albendazole 400 mg just stat dose (not Ivoral Forte as it contains Ivermectin also) but not before that..

So just yourself at first, also since it's rainy season you need to very cautious about drinking water, drink only mineral/ U.V.R.O. purified water as they are one of the most common way of getting infected by the worms..
