Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Kyani is rich in protein and is a high end supplement known to result in cycle disturbance which is usually transient and harmless
Just keep your water intake high and can take lots of milk and fresh fruit juices to keep flushing your system of the extra elements.
Short cycles are rather good so nothing to worry.
All the best
Regards
Dr Manisha

Dear Dr XXXXXXX

thank You for Your answer.

Related to the question, please advise me on how long should this disturbance last i.e. how long should be the period of taking Kyani in Your opinion (I do not know of any apparent diseases present in my body, I have been taking Kyani only for prevention).

Brief Answer:
Not more than 3 months

Detailed Answer:
Hi, any such supplements should not be taken for more than 3 months at a stretch as they can overload the body with nutrients and minerals and thus not good if taken for prolonged periods.
Take care and make judicious use of resources if you have a good health already.
