
Can Lactare Be Taken While Breastfeeding?

Question: hello, im 35 years old and delivered my first baby via ceasarean in november end. he was borm a month early and weighed only 1.4kg. im currently giving hime dexolac formula thrice a day with calcimax, atoz , and evion drops. now he weighs a little over 2 kg today.im expressing my milk through a breast pump as i have inverted nipples.and also have him at the breast through a nipple shield.my milk supply is not increasing with the demands of my baby.i have shatavari kalp powder twice a day since a couple of days and including fenugreek seed sin my diet, also i drink over 3 litres of water daily alongwith three glasses of slim milk.what else can i do to help the milk supply increase? can i take lactare tablets or galact granules? do they work? also, please tell me if can safely take any painkiller other than paracetamol pain relief for my back pain. thank you
