Brief Answer:
I would advise you to take either Domperidone or Ondensetron

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX welcome to Health care magic,

I would advise you to take either Domperidone or Ondensetron along with Lexapro for your nausea caused by antibiotics to go.

However, if the nausea does not improve, please get your liver function tests done.

Sometimes the nausea may be caused due to the liver getting affected by the antibiotics.

Regards
