Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
I can understand your concern for the bikini hair.
Lignocaine is a topical anesthetic gel meant for mucosal surface. It means at the areas of internal nose or urethra or anal area. It has no or minimal effect on our skin. If used even in higher amount then also it would not be able to produce the grade of numbness required for bikini waxing and so would not be able to reduce the pain.
In my patients with your kind of problem of redness or bumps after shaving I suggest them to trim the hair with a trimmer rather than razing. It is one of the simplest and best of methods. Even waxing also causes more eruptions and redness.
A most effective method is Laser hair reduction. Though bit costly but proves to be most effective in long term.
I hope this helps.

Hi,
Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.
I am sorry to say that there no safe numbing cream near the bikini area which can be used prior to waxing. There are certain creams which can be applied to numb the skin but not for the purpose of waxing. It is because of the fact that these creams causes bit redness over the area of application. The redness can increase after waxing.
In your kind of situation I generally suggest application of ice cold packs. Ice cold packs also jambs the skin for a short period of time. These can be applied before used before and after waxing. Also I suggest to moisturize the skin by a gentle moisturizer before waxing. It helps in easy removal of the hair from the skin.
I hope this helps.
With regards,
