Available literature and data regarding use of Liv 52 doesn't suggest and side effect on kidneys if taken in regular prescribed dosage.
As far G6 PD deficiency is concerned ,you must avoid aspirin.
Safest pain killers which can be taken are paracetamol and ibuprofen in normal dosage.
