Brief Answer:
Losartan potassium 50mg and atenolol 100mg might rarely cause swollen feet

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Both losartan and atenolol have been found to rarely cause swelling of ankles and feet in patients taking these medicines.

2. Losartan potassium 50 mg might cause swelling in the ankle and feet regions in women over 60 years of age and taking losartan for hypertension. If the feet and ankle swelling appeared only after taking losartan then it might be the cause for your symptom.

3. If the swelling of ankles and feet is severe then please consult your doctor and they might decide to give you alternatives. Allegra is unlikely to cause any side effect since you take it occasionally.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
