Brief Answer:
Stop marijuana intake. Do pregnancy strip test
Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Yes, marijuana interact with many drugs including dep-provera. However the chances of failure varies. Since you were involved in unprotected sexual intercourse, chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. Therefore I suggest that you perform urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
The best way to detox is avoid further use of marijuana and drink plenty of water.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Nice to see you again,
Yes, It is possible to detoxify to some extent by drinking water as it excrete the unwanted ions and minerals through kidney.
For detoxifying marijuana cannabinoid antagonist are tried, but only under treating physician supervision.
In your case, Provera is used to have a withdrawal bleeding, after which your menstrual cycle will be regular and you can have normal ovulation resulting in good chances of getting pregnant.
The pain might be due to the irregular shedding of ovum, due to hormonal imbalance, it become normal once you have normal menstrual cycle, as I said already avoid using marijuana and have regular intercourse to increase the chances of getting pregnant.
Take care.
