Brief Answer:
avoid

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

If the pregnancy test is positive, it is unlikely that you will get your period.
Menstridol is just a pain relief medication and will not be able to cause or decrease period. It's only use if at all is to decrease period cramps.

Since the pregnancy test is positive, you should visit a gynaecologist to discuss further management of the pregnancy, whether you want to continue it or not in both Scenario the input of a qualified medical practitioner is essential.

Do not self medicate.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
