Brief Answer:
no interactions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

metoprolol, losartan (cozaar) and pantoprazole (protonix) do not interact with each other. It's OK to take them together... Amlodipine (norvasc) and carvedilol (coreg) may interact with other drugs though.

The first thing to note is that metoprolol and carvedilol are both beta-blockers and it's not common to take two drugs of the same drug class. You'd better discuss this matter with your doctor!

Besides that taking many antihypertensive medications may have a big effect on blood pressure and result in hypotension, although for patients with resistant hypertension or other forms of serious hypertension even more drugs may be used together.

There are no other important interactions. So besides using two beta-blockers, your regimen seems OK to me, particularly your blood pressure and pulse rate are under control.

Kind regards!
