Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question and I really appreciate your concern.
Sore throat and cough with nose blockage might be related to inflammation or infection of the upper respiratory tract.
Here I would like further information for better assessment
Are you running fever
since how long you have this problem
Are you taking any other medicine?
Do you smoke?
You can take montwok LC (montelukast and levocetirizine combination) which is a decongestant drug and it will definitely help you by opening up the nasal passage.
In addition to that you can do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash
Deep breathing exercises and steam inhalation will definitely help you
Please write back to me with all these details I have asked, so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Wishing you good health.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome again and thanks for the details
Teleact D contains telmisartan which can cause various side effects like sinusitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis, coughing and URTI.
Since you not having any symptoms of acute infection so I would advise you to discuss with your doctor for an alternative to telmisartan which might be responsible for your stuffy nose and sore throat.
You should do gargling and steam inhalation along with montewok LC tablet at bed time for 4 to 5 days if it doesn't improve than you should visit your doctor for physical examination and further course of action.
Hope this answers your question
please feel free to ask for further queries or any doubt I will be happy to help you
Regards
