Can you please give me some criteria where mucinex shouldn't be used? Is mucinex & levocitirizine composition may work better in place of combination drug like 'Dextromethorphane, Triprolidine & phenylephirine'?

Mucinex should not be used for dry irritable cough.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Mucinex should not be used for dry irritable cough.
It should be used only in patients with congestion and thick secretions.
Mucinex and levocetrizine won't work better together because levocetrizine is usually for dry irritable cough.
So don't give mucinex and levocetrizine together.
