I would suggest you to put nasal saline drop in 1-2 drops in each nostril 4-5 times a day to relieve the nasal blockage.It is also very safe.Blocked nose due to cold can affect the feed.It is better to put the saline drop just before feed.
Watch for any signs of breathing problem or poor feeding.If you notice any consult your pediatrician.
