Brief Answer:
Suggestions.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There are 2 aspects to your query.

I will answer them as such.

First, Nexito plus has no effect on blood sugars.
So, I don't think that HbA1C is high because of the medicine.

Second, to say whether you are a diabetic or not, you need to test
a. HbA1C
b. FBS
c. PPBS

If at least 2 are positive, then we can say that you are a diabetic. Just one test is not sufficient.

I would really suggest
1. losing weight (if you are overweight)
2. controlled and well-balanced diet with low glycemic foods.
High glycemic foods like cornflakes should be avoided.

Hope I have answered your query.
