Hello
Thanks for the query
There has been no clinical trials where Nutrigain has been tried in women who are breast feeding. I strongly recommend that you avoid this until you wean him off breast milk.
In the meantime follow a balanced diet so that you can cater good nutrition to your child
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back Here is what I recommend
1. I recommend that you eat several small meals rather than heavy meals
2. Make sure you start your day with a fresh fruit smoothie, which is nothing but fruit and yoghurt mixed juice
3. Have carbohydrate rich diet, that is rice, pulses, wheat etc
4. Avoid food rich in fat. It will only make you more unhealthy
5. Avoid heavy cardio exercises like walking, jogging etc. I recommend lifting weights instead
6. Make sure you dont miss any meals
The food recommended for you is
1. Rice, maize, wheat, as staple diet
2. Fruits especially banana, strawberry and musk melon
3. Avoid fat rich diet. However I recommend cheese and butter three times a week along with meals
Regards
