Can Nyquil Be Given For An Enlarged Spleen?

Question: Hi. I'm pretty sure my son has an enlarged spleen. He has most of the signs and symptoms. He is currently congested. Can I give him nyquil?

Nyquil is not known to cause any spleen problems. Nyquil is not also used to treat an enlarged spleen. Nyquil for sure would help with the congestion.
