She can take both.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Taking Sysron N along with ofloxacin can decrease the efficacy of Sysron-N to some extent. But it will not affect the withdrawal bleeding that is likely to be produced after the five days.
She can take both the medicines as prescribed to her by both the doctors. She can take Sysron N before the meals and take Ofloxacin and pain killers after the meals to decrease the interactions during absorption.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Yes it will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Yes. Sysron N will help her periods to come if she is not pregnant and she has a minor hormonal disturbance which is causing a delay in the periods.
If the periods do not come then she will have to take hormonal pills for a month and have to undergo few blood tests to find out the cause of delay.
Sysron N can be taken after meals but to avoid interactions it is best to have a gap of at least 1 hour between the two medicines.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.

She is not pregnant.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
The delay in periods is due to the high dose hormonal pill - I-pill. The bleeding she had 7 days after taking the pill was a withdrawal bleeding. It is normal to have such a delay in periods after taking I-pill. Please do not worry. The urine pregnancy tests are 97% reliable. So she is not pregnant.
Regards.
