Can Otrivin Inhaler Be Used During Pregnancy?
Question: Hi Doctor,
My wife is 13 weeks pregnant and is suffering from blocked nose and severe cold. Could you advise a solution as the cold is leading to sleeplessness and irritation? Can she use Otrivin Inhaler for immediate relief or would it interfere with pregnancy?

In such case I would recommend you to give her anti allergic like Levocetrizine 5mg once daily for 5 days.
Ask her to do steam inhalation with plain water 3-4 times a day.
Don't give her any antibiotic and otriwin as well.
