I am trying Plexus suppliments before I try Parnate. Are you familiar with them such as Plexus Nerve? Thanks
Brief Answer:
Private Followup
Detailed Answer:
Plexus Nerve supplements are unregulated, and therefore can contain any variety of harmful substances such as mercury. They claim to contain vitamins and minerals, none of which have been tested in randomized controlled trials for depression. Parnate has been extensively studied in rigorous large-scale randomized trials and is highly effective for depression. I strongly recommend you begin Parnate rather than using these supplements.
