You have factor V Leiden mutation. So it increase the chance of blood clotting. And oestrogens containing pills are not safe.

Plan B emergency contraceptive pills contain progestin only and it is safe for emergency use.
You can take it with factor V mutation.
But keep it for emergency use only and don't take it as routine pregnancy prevention.
