Question: Can I give practin syrup for my 15 month old ? He is having a very low appetite ..

Welcome to the HCM,
Paractin will improve the appetite but not to be given because baby may become dependent and drowsy. It is not the ideal drug for such complain.
Multivitamin syrups and iron syrups to be given regularly. Will improve the appetite genuinely.
Deworming with albedazole single dose.
Take care of the hydration,
Soft semisolids, frequently to be tried
