Can Prazosin Cause Dizziness?
Question: I have been taking Lisinopril 20 mg for a couple of years for blood pressure. My most recent BP is 113/71 a few minutes ago. Last night is the first time I have taken Prazosin HCL 1mg, as prescribed by another doctor for nightmares associated with PTSD. I felt somewhat dizzy a while ago, and I suspect it is due to the Prazosin. Should I be taking both Prazosin and Lisinopril? Both are for blood pressure.

That's why doses of Viagra greater than 25 mg should be taken at least 4 hours apart from Prazosin.
From the other side, Prazosin may exacerbate impotence on its own.
To conclude, Lisinopril with Prazosin with Viagra do not seem a good combination.
