Can Prazosin Cause Dizziness?
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I agree with you that Prazosin may have caused dizziness feeling because of potential hypotension.
Besides from being used for PTSD - nightmares, Prazosin is prescribed in hypertension treatment and when used concomitantly with other anti-hypertensive medications (such as Lisinopril) they may exert pharmacodynamic synergism demonstrated with exaggerated first dose hypotensive response.
Tha's why it should be used with caution in these settings to avoid potential hypotension.
Coming to this point, I recommend you to frequently check your blood pressure values (several times daily for a couple of days) and in case of potential hypotensive trends to discuss with your attending doctor on the possibility of reducing your medications daily dose (Prazosin and/or Lisinopril).
Another rational alternative would be to substitute Prazosin with drugs having a safer profile like Mirtazapine, Trazodone (which do not interfere/potentiate the hypotensive effects of Lisinopril).
You should discuss with your doctor on the above-mentioned issues.
Hope to have been helpful to you!

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Viagra may increase the effect of Prazosin due to synergism and lead to a more elevated risk of hypotension.
That's why doses of Viagra greater than 25 mg should be taken at least 4 hours apart from Prazosin.
From the other side, Prazosin may exacerbate impotence on its own.
To conclude, Lisinopril with Prazosin with Viagra do not seem a good combination.
It is recommended cautious monitoring of the situation and better a change in medications scheme.
Hope I have answered your query.
