Brief Answer:
Can take combination,depends upon problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yes you can surely take prednisolone along with Advil and clindamycin. In fact ,these drugs are given together in many conditions .
But sometimes steroids are avoided in patients with infections and who are on antibiotics .
So I might be able to help you better of you provide me the details about why are you currently taking clindamycin and planning to take prednisolone.

Brief Answer:
Varicose veins need to be treated
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to be have developed venous ulcers.
Such ulcers tend to develop over the lower limbs at areas of blood stasis.
I can see that you also have varicose veins.
So for complete relief, you need to take treatment for the varicosities. Only then the ulcers will completely heal.
So try to see a specialist and discuss the need for tight stockings and /or other measures.
As far as local care of the ulcers is concerned, wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin or fucidic acid over the lesion twice daily.
Avoid prolonged standing.
Keep the legs slightly raised at night to aid in blood circulation.
Hope it helps
