Can Primolut-N Act As A Contraceptive?

Question: Hello Doctor,
The day before yesterday night and yesterday morning I have taken the primolut tablet to postpone my periods. Yesterday,I got married and I had unprotected intercourse with my husband. Is there any possibilities to get pregnant.
I am newly married so i don't want to get pregnant now.
Also, please suggest me anything will happen if again i will be in relationship with my husband before getting periods.
