There is no drowsiness its that a lot of people say its no good with beta blockers?

Propranolol is a wonderful drug for anxiety, I use it on my patients as well. Milk dizziness is one of the side effect, however it gets better within a week and you will stop having these symptoms.

Propranolol does not cause muscle twitching. Muscle twitching is often due to anxiety, de hydration and low calcium. In your case it is most likely because of anxiety.
