Brief Answer:
Interactions between meds:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

While these aren't major contraindications, both the calcium carbonate in the Tums, and the Ramipril, have the potential to increase the blood levels of Digoxin.

Pepcid does not interact significantly with Digoxin or Ramipril.

So what to do:
An occasional Tums should be ok. If you take a lot of Tums, you should get your Digoxin level checked please.

If you have been on Digoxin and Ramipril for awhile and have had safe levels of Digoxin per blood test, at least several weeks after taking both, then the combination is not an issue. If you just recently started taking both, then it would be a good idea to get your digoxin level checked to make sure it is in a desirable range.

As I stated, none of the combinations are major contraindications.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
