Brief Answer:
Irregular bleeding need to be evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion all the causes of irregular bleeding like pelvic inflammatory disease,IUCD or pills are ruled out from the information.
So mostly it might be hormonal imbalance.
Even stress regarding anything might cause
hormonal imbalance causing irregular bleeding.
I suggest you to get thyroid profile and ultrasound done to rule out any thyroid abnormalities and uterine abnormalities as they might also cause irregular bleeding.
The rogesterone tablet might be taken but it needs to be taken under doctor s supervision to avoid any complications.
Your height and weight are appropriate.
As you are sexually active the irregular bleeding might also need to rule out pregnancy by a urine pregnancy test.
Avoid stress if any.If the bleeding is heavy you might take tab.Tranexamic acid twice a day to decrease bleeding.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
