Can Roles And Glucoryl M1 Both Be Taken At Same Time Before Meal?
Question: Can Roles and Glucoryl M1 both be taken at same time before meal (morning and evening)?
Brief Answer:
Both can be taken together
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for posting question in HCM.
Roles is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) for gastritis, Glucoryl M2 is a combination of glimipride and Metformin for diabetes. There are some potential drug interactions between PPI and Metformin. But they are not clinically significant- that is that won't change the effectiveness of either medications. So you can take both tablets together.
Both tablets has to be taken 1/2 hour before meals.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you.
