Can STD Be Contracted Through Bodily Fluid Contact With Skin?

Brief Answer:
HIV can not survive in water nothing other than in body fluid
Detailed Answer:
HI,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
HIV can not survive outside the body fluids not more than few seconds. It is highly fragile organism. It can not be viable in water.
Nowhere in the massage parlor, the bowl would be replaced for each client and there would not be any possibility for the semen of previous client remain indisposed. Even if it is so, there would not be any possibility for the HIV could be viable in the same. So nothing to worry.

Sir,
After having sex with a girl she removed my condom. Then after 10 minutes she accidentally scratched my hand with her finger nail. I have uploaded the photo of my scratched hand. As you can see in the photo at the topmost, at the beginning of the scratch a tiny red spot is seen. However there is no bleeding involved.
Now my cause of worry is that after removing the condom there might be some vaginal fluids in her nail with which she scratched my hand. Can I get HIV in this manner? Should I go for a test? Please help.

HIV transmission through a scratch is unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
HIV can not survive outside the body fluids not more than few seconds.HIV transmission through scratching is unusual. You got the scratch 10 minute after the removal of condom. There was no possibility of HIV transmission through that scratch. Not to worry.

Sir,
Thank you for replying. I forgot to mention that she only tried to remove the condom and touched the opening end and then she scratched me after 10 minutes,
though I am not sure it was the same finger or not.Do I need to go for a HIV test? If so please mention the tests.

Brief Answer:
HIV test is not necessary for you
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
Whatever it may be HIV transmission through scratch is a remote possibility. That too, that happened 10 minutes after she handled the condom. So HIV transmission is unlikely.
Regarding the HIV test, it is not necessary for you to have a HIV test. But there is nothing wrong in taking up the test. Ruling out HIV by a test will relieve unnecessary mental tension. Otherwise it is common for anybody to think or attribute any type of illness from headache to fever, diarrhea to HIV in future.
If you feel totally free forget about HIV. Otherwise have a HIV test and rule out the remote possibility.

Sir,
Thank you very much. I just want to know what if she immediately scratched me (let's say not after 10 minutes), but immediately after removing the condom. What are the chances. How long can HIV survive outside the body? Please reply.
