Can STD Be Contracted Through Manual Sexual Stimulation At A Massage Parlor?

Question: Hello doctor. Eight weeks ago I recieved a "happy ending " at a massage parlor. (Her hands on my penis, that's it) It is some thing I very much regret. Within hours I started worrying about catching an STD from this exposer. A few days after I started feeling a strange sensation at the tip of my penis. Not burning exactly, but almost like a bruise. I figured it might be all in my head, but after three weeks I went to the doctor. He examined me and did not see anything out of the ordinary, but did say there might be some trauma to my urethra from the happy ending. (She used both hands) I was tested for Chlamydia, Gono, and Siph. All test were negative. That was five weeks ago, and I'm still having that feeling. There has been no discharge or anything, but I am concerned that the test was too soon after the exposer. Is three weeks long enough, could I have an STD, should I be tested again?
Brief Answer:
You are safe.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sexual stimulation with the hands is absolutely safe and there is no risk of any STD. The STDs that you mentioned i.e., chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis are only transmitted by unprotected sexual contact with an infected sexual partner (either vaginal, anal or oral sex). There was no need to even test for these.
As far as timing of testing is concerned, a 2 week window is enough for chlamydia and gonorrhea. For syphilis, testing is reliable if done at 4 weeks and confirmatory at 12 weeks from sexual contact.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

That is a relief. However, I do have some discomfort around the tip of my penis. The outside of my urethra looks swollen on one side looking at it from the bottom. I have not noticed any discharge. What do you think this could be? I am thinking of going to the doctor. I am very concerned.
Brief Answer:
No possibility of any STD due to the event.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It could be due to trauma or it could be chemical urethritis due to soaps. You can show this to a urologist if it persists.
Hope I have answered your query.
