Can STD Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sex?

Question: I played in prostitute`s boobs by hand then i slept on her and we rubbed against each other. I was wearing my underwear and trouser as well but they were too thin as it is summer now, the girl was wearing her underwear as well. I rubbed my penis on her vaginal area without taking off my underwear and she did not take it off as well.I ejaculated my semen while we were rubbing against each other and later my underwear was wet and i can see that, in case she had vaginal fluid at the same place where i ejaculated ( both of us are wearing underwear)and she was HIV+ , could the HIV penetrate her underwear and my underwear and transmit to me ? what about other STD diseases? should i make HIV test? thanks.

HIV is not transmitted by skin to skin contact . Skin is an effective barrier. Clothes are also effective barrier. HIV cannot penetrate both cloth and skin.

So the chances of transmission of HIV is nil , by the given modes.

Only few STDs like herpes simplex virus can be transmitted by skin to skin contact . The chances are higher if there are active lesions at the time of contact.
You can get STDs panel tests as a baseline.

Thanks for your answer Dr. Bharatesh. My concern is about the vaginal fluids, if she ejaculated then her underwear will be wet and i ejaculated as well so the fluids can be mixed through our wet underwear. My underwear and trouser were too thin and i could see my trouser wet after i ejaculated... So whatever happened because i was wearing my underwear i will not acquire the virus(even it was so thin) ?

Skin is an effective barrier. So even if your underwear was wet , it would come in contact with your skin.Skin acts as an effective barrier. Unless there are bleeding wounds in the area of contact, there are no chances of transmission.
