Can STD Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?
No need to worry. No risk of STI
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query to HCM.
STI stands for sexually transmitted infections. Which clearly means that sexual contact is a must for infection to transmit from infected person to non infected one.
Basically STI occurs when the seminal fluid and vaginal fluids come in contact and lodge over each other. This is the basic mechanism of transmission of STI.
Now seeing your events, there were nothing that happened that could have transmitted the infection.
Of all the things you mentioned you did, there was nothing that could have transmitted any infection.
And even if you had had sex with condom on, still you had been protected against STIs.
So remove the fear of STI from your mind totally. Relax and do not worry.
I hope I have answered your query well.
If you have any other questions kindly ask back.
Thank you
Please do not be worried.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
You are worrying too much about it.
Even if you have unprotected sex with known HIV positive female, chances of you getting infection is 0.8%.
That is like the worst of worst scenario any one can imagine.
What you have done is not even anywhere close to sexual act.
There are no cuts bruises on your nipples. There was no hole in the condom. Even if there was presence of HIV virus is not there in saliva. So there is absolutely no way you could have got any kind of infection from her.
And top of all if you are really worried about it, you can get tested for HIV after 1 or 2 months. If you don't want to wait for tests you can start anti retroviral therapy. You need to consult your doctor or HIV centers for the same.
But I really feel you will be wasting your time and energy over it and simply exposing your body to side effects of the antiretroviral therapy. Please have trust in yourself, you can totally forget about this and carry on with your usual activities. Always practice safe sex in future so that you don't need to think about all these..
If you have any more doubts feel free to ask.
Thank you
no. its just not possible transmission that way.

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
As far as I know you cannot ask non spouse poison to undergo HIV testing.
In my practice and even from my seniors I have never heard of HIV transmission by just touching penis or licking nipple.
Even people having unprotected sex with HIV positive person, 99 out of 100 will walk infection free.
How much you think your acts is going to transmit the disease?
And even after everything you are going to be worried then better take anti retroviral therapy and be tension free.
I would like to advice you that you better take up the therapy for your own mental satisfaction because you are overthinking a lot.
If you have any more doubts feel free to ask.
