Can STD Or HIV Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?

and also got negative for hiv test too.
Possibility of yeast infection is there, can be treated with antifungals
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Oral sex carries low risk for STD and HIV. Herpes simplex infection type 1 and yeast infection are common with oral sex. As your tests for STDs and also for HSV 1 were nonreactive and you can rule out these possibilities.
Test for HIV within two months can not be taken as final as you are still within the window period. Even though the risk is low for HIV it is better to be repeated after 3 months to be on the safer side.
Tiny eruptions over the glans penis following the oral sex denotes the possibility of Yeast infection.
Consult a Dermato-venereologist and confirm the diagnosis. Anti-fungal creams and oral antifungal antibiotics will clear the infection within 3-4 weeks treatment. Sexual abstinence during treatment period is a must to get a complete cure.
Get well soon.

Pearly penile pappule can be ignored.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
What you have sent in picture are nothing but a condition called as Pearly penile pappules. If such lesions are present over your genitals, it has no relation to the oral sex. It would be present earlier and would not have been noticed. It has no clinical importance and can be ignored. Nearly 85% of people have such lesions after puberty and it is a harmless condition for you and your sex partner and needs no treatment. It has nothing to do with HPV infection. Warts are rare with oral sex.

Consult a Dermatologist and follow his guidance.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Believe me, there is nothing serious to be worried.
You consult a Dermatologist. For the upper lip lesions ignore the same. It will not harm you in anyway. If you want to get rid of the lesion, you have to take laser treatment. For the chin and angle of mouth lesion apply antibiotic creams with the guidance of your Dermatologist. Get well soon.
