Can Seroquel Or Doxipin Be Taken For Insomnia When Diagnosed With Congenital Heart Disease?

Question: I am suffering from insomnia. I was prescriped Seroquel and another time Doxipin. I have not taken them because I have congenital heart deseace . I am 87 yrs old and have enlarged heart , I have one stent and a pacemaker. I would like to have Ambien but my MD does not descripe them. I have tried Mirtazepine but it does not work.

As you explain the history you can safely take Ambien once tablet before sleeping time for sometime.
But you should stop.the other treatment of sleeping you are taking actually.
Ambien doesn't affect the heart function usually but it should not be used for a long time.
