Brief Answer:
Use only silvarex ointment
Detailed Answer:
Hi.... please use only silverex ointment for application at the burns area. There is no need for oral antibiotics, this is very small burn. But I also suggest that you see a surgeon or plastic surgeon because, when we area is healing it can form a cicatrisation and prevent the fingers to be opening completely.

Thank you Doctor.
As per your suggestion, I have been trying to apply the ointment but as the burn is on the fingers of his right hand and he is putting his fingers over eye or mouth, I am forced to clean it immediately. Would it be fine to tie a cotton bandage over it after applying the ointment?

Brief Answer:
Do not apply bandage
Detailed Answer:
Hi.... I suggest you not to apply any bandage after applying silverex ointment. Open dressing is always better. I am telling this because, if you cover such an wound with dressing then because of the warmth inside it can be a nidus for bacterial growth and secondary bacterial infection. The only way out is frequent cleansing like what you are doing right now.
