Can Tazzle Be Taken Improve Sex Drive?

Question: Hi. I am taking Coversyl plus, Gluconorm SR 500, nebstar sa and ecosprin 75 av regularly. Can I use tazzle 10 to improve my sex desire ? Is there any side effects?

Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
See diabetics are prone to complications like Erectile dysfunction.
Tazzle helps only if you have erectile problems.
It has nothing to do with increase in sexual desire.
I would like to know:
1. Do you have any problem in erection?
2. Is it just you have reduced sexual desire.
3. How is your blood sugar control?

If your problem is related to erectile dysfunction you can use Tazzle as on when required basis.
But you should not have any heart problems.
It can cause flushing, transient nose block, chest pain, headaches.
I also suggest you to take Methylcobalamine supplement.

1. Sometimes I feel ED.
2. Due to above I loose my confidence.
3. Sugar levels are 90 fasting & 160 pp.
B.P. remains 85/120

Stop thinking about this because psychology has big impact on Erectile dysfunction.
I would advice you to follow as I advised in my first answer.
Get a cardiac evaluation, if that's within normal limits then you may take Tadafil as on when required doses.
