Can Telma And Clopidogrel Be Taken Together?

Question: I have been advised my doctor to have 1 Thelma 20 twice a day, after breakfast and after dinner, of late I have been having bad dreams, another doctor advised me to have Tab Clopitab 75 mg once a day-- is it advisable, would there be any side effects?
