Question: I am alergic to Dependal M, can I use Tinidazole as prescribed by doctor.

you may take ofloxacin

Hi,

The best antibiotic to control loose motion is metronidazole or tinidazole or ornidazole.

But since you are allergic to this group , you may take ofloxacin 200mg. This is prescription drug. Along with that take preprobiotic drugs and paracetamol .

You may discuss this with your doctor and take the prescription. Drink more of water with electrolyte powder till loose motion is stopped.
