Brief Answer:
vasograin should be avoided

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.

Your description of his pain suggests migraine.

Both the medicines he is taking, or acute pancreas do not seem to be related with headache.

Vasograin is given in migraine, but has many side effects including rebound headache, so it should be avoided, and should be given only on advice of if his pancreas treating doctor.

If I was his treating doctor, I would have prescribed

1. acetaminophen, SOS.
2.If not relieved with plain acetaminophen ,add metoclopramide with it.
3.plenty of fluids.
4.Small frequent diet.

Hope I have answered your query, if any thing else, you are welcome or you can close the question by rating the answer.
Good wishes.
