Brief Answer:
There is a risk of interactions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for writing in.

Both Venlafaxine and Bupropion are anti-depressant medication, but they belong to two different classes. I can see that both the medication are in relatively lesser doses. Usually, the standard practice is to try one medication till an adequate / full dose is reached and if it is still ineffective, only then another medication is substituted or added.

Taking two different medication in sub-optimal doses makes it difficult to monitor the treatment response as well as carries a risk of interactions. With regards to Bupropion and Venlafaxine, this combination does have interactions. One of the serious risks is a potential risk for seizures. But, don't get alarmed, because this is seen mainly with much higher doses of the medication. Nevertheless, my recommendation is to try an adequate dose of one medication first before adding another one.

I hope I have clarified your doubts.
