Can Vinpocetine Be Taken For Confusion And Memory Loss?
Question: I am curious about Vinpocetin as a supplement for confusion and memory loss. I am 76 yrs. young and healthy but having confusion and memory loss. I own a bus. that is very demanding and worried because I have trouble staying on task. Would this help at all?The demands are great with the bus. and so I need to sharpen up and loose this confusion. I have been check a few year ago by a specialist in the memory loss area, sorry don't remember her degree. She gave me many test over a six week period lasting 2 hrs. each and said I was in line in all areas as normal for my age. Some I was above average. What do you think?

You can use it.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Vinpocetine use is found to enhance cerebral blood flow, and is found to result in neuroprotective effects, so, it may improve cognitive functions, so, you can use it.
But, since the tests resulted okay and didn't show any mild cognitive impairment or dementia, the main issue is to deal with your sleep issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Kind regards.
