Brief Answer:
RISC is a comprehensive test for risk determination!
Detailed Answer:
Hi! thanks for your query!
The R.I.S.C. test comprehensively investigates 30 vital cardio-metabolic health indicators. The test screens for insulin resistance and impaired glucose tolerance.
It Takes just 7 minutes
Non-invasive and painless – no blood samples
Only 3 hours fasting required
Cardio-metabolic risk and autonomic nervous system risk score for continued monitoring...
Whereas, HBA1C tests the effects of blood sugar in the past 6-8 weeks therefore, they require blood sample and gives you values not risk factor...!
Vitamin-D deficiency is not a cause for diabetes nor the vice-verse! they can co-exist, however!
Thanks!

Brief Answer:
You need not start medication and continue this....
Detailed Answer:
Hi! congratulations for your good dietetic control of blood sugar!
I don't think that you need to start medication but follow up with blood sugar levels and HbA1C is necessary; mild to moderate controlled exercise is also beneficial.
Some diabetologists might differ from my opinion and prefer individualised treatment protocol; therefore, also keep contact with your primary doctor.
