Brief Answer:
Have you had any abnormal symptoms?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

All drugs have side effects and using them together might cause interactions. However, these remain hypothetical and the true test of interaction in each individual is only when they are used by that person. If you have been using them and nothing wrong seem stop have happened, then there is no need getting worried.

However, symptoms such as jitteriness, nervousness, anxiety, restlessness, and racing thoughts have been reported using fluoxetin and vyvanse. Combining these medications can also increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination,,, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, etc.

Other possible interactions are low blood sodium levels to get too low, a condition known as hyponatremia. You should seek medical attention if you experience nausea, vomiting, headache, lethargy, irritability, difficulty concentrating, memory impairment, confusion, muscle spasm, weakness or unsteadiness, as these may be symptoms of hyponatremia

Finally, Hydrochlorothiazide can increase blood sugar levels and interfere with diabetic control.

In all, unless you have noted any problems before, there is no need to be scared by these possible interactions unless you have experienced any.

I have had two or three episodes where I've just felt extremely fatigued and every time i got up, like to fold some laundry, I felt very winded and clammy. The last episode I had was another day that I had been feeling fatigued and I took a shower to try and help and I could feel like my chest was just pounding. I checked my pulse and could hardly keep up with it. I felt 168/min. I laid down the remainder of the day and felt generally unwell

I have not spoken yet with my different drs yet bc, these 3 episodes have occurred over the course of a year and besides these few times the rest of my days I feel great! I'm nervous to change them and having my emotions/other ugly symptoms I have without them getting out of wack

Brief Answer:
report next episodes to your doctor!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will suggest that you report the next episodes to your doctor for review and adjustment. Seen the very few episodes that you have reported in a year, this would rather represent anxiety than these possible interactions.

I wish you well and keep me posted on this.
