Can Wellbutrin And Cipralex Cause Headaches And Anxiety?

Question: Dear doctor,

I am on day 20 on wellbutrin along with cipralex.

I still have headache and anxiety and otherside effects.

Are those persisiting symptoms normal and when those shall subside?
